Incognito Service Packs

The Incognito TSM Support CD contains Conductor, TSM410 drivers, utilities and documentation. It can be ordered on CD from us or downloaded from this site.

The TSM Support Pack is a downloadable version of the CD available as a self-installing Windows application. It excludes some of the contents of the CD (such as a Java Runtime Environment and tools for legacy TSM410 and TSM400 products).

The Tools Pack has the same contents as the TSM Support Pack, but is a ZIP file rather than a setup application. Download the Tools Pack if you want access to the utilities and documentation without installing (or upgrading) Conductor.

The latest TSM Support CD release is "2007Q1".

  • Improvements to management tools (TsmKeyManager, TsmReport) including better support for Linux and Solari and support for new Access Control functionality in firmware versions 1.9 and higher. 
  • Conductor fix to prevent resource exhaustion.

Upgrading from previous versions of Conductor

If you have Conductor 1.2.1 or later installed (from Support CD 2005Q2.1 or later), simply stop all your Conductor services then run the installation program.

If you are using an older version of Conductor (before V1.2.1) you must uninstall that version before installing the latest support CD.
