Incognito PIN Mailer

The Incognito PIN Mailer systems provides an affordable and customisable platform to meet client’s PIN mailer needs.

It supports S1/Postilion PostCard datafile format. The flexible architecture allows for additional file formats to be supported from other vendors. It blind mailer templates allow the client to format the layout to their requirements.

System Overview

EFT Switch

• The EFT Switch software will use its HSM to generate random encrypted PINs
• The PINs are exported in a data file together with other card holder details

PIN Mailer GUI Application

• Parses the data file records (Postilion/S1 PostCard)
• Parses a blind mailer template
• Sends requests to the TSM410 containing data formatted according to the blind mailer template with a PIN marker.
• Audit logging and reporting

PIN Mailer Hardware Security Module (TSM410 / TSM500)

• Decrypts the encrypted PIN and replaces the PIN marker with the PIN in the formatted request and sends it to the printer

Printer

• The TSM is connected directly to the printer via a serial printer cable.
• Prism recommends using the EPSON LX300+ (or a 9-Pin ESC/P compatible dot matrix printer)
