Key Performance Areas:
General:
- Action new store activations and deactivations and ensure that they are managed by the team
- Allocate day to day operational issues such as report issues, store not connecting to the relevant team members
- Monitor and assign all incidents and ensure timeous response is constantly followed up by the team
- Maintain and improve all service levels
- Manage and monitor progress of projects by liaising with the team to encompass testing to enable sign offs
- Ensure that necessary processes are in place with internal departments to alleviate any issues with clients
- Constantly deal with all escalations and ensure that the team resolves them with the relevant departments (from web support, operations, customer care etc)
- Sign – off project related documentation
- Update milestone reports, update schedule, project change requests
- Meeting minutes
Competencies:
Qualifications:
- BSC / B.Com
- Project management certificate
The successful applicant must:
- Self-driven, good communicator, strong interpersonal skills, logical thinker, assertive in nature
- Hands on management style rather than remote style i.e. must be willing to help team members in order to achieve results
- Career goals orientated towards project management
Specific Skills (Technical):
- 3-years IT project management experience
- Programming experience advantageous
